@JarQmr Hi, card delivery can take up to 60 days, but most customers receive their card within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to print a photo card on site. ^YC
@josh88010914541 Hi Josh, due to the stat holiday our offices were closed on Friday and Monday. Only our dial a claim lines were open for customers to file their claim. Your payment issue should be resolved today. ^ap

@ShamusStoner4 Hi Shamus, generally, we mail licences within a couple of weeks, and you should receive your card within 60 days of your application. In the meantime, your interim licence has the same validity. Unfortunately, we are not able to produce photo cards on-site. ^YC

@pkaaramsay Hello, with Roadstar and Roadside Plus you will be covered to rent a vehicle as long as the cost to rent doesn't exceed $300 CDN/day (or $250 USD/day) and the rental contract period doesn't exceed 30 days. ^ap
@JohnBuckha21020 Hi Sandakan, if your licence has expired less than 3 years ago then you are able to renew it without giving a test again. You can book an appointment to visit one of our driver licencing offices to renew. ^ap
