New this year: reviewer nominations
Each workshop proposal must nominate one or more mid-career or senior researchers to serve on the workshop proposal review committee.
Nominees must not be among the workshop organizers.

Participation limits
Each proposal may have up to 8 organizers, including advisory and student volunteer roles. Each individual may organize up to 2 workshop proposals and may appear as a speaker or panelist in up to 2 proposals.
@alviur There is a mandatory abstract submission deadline on September 18 AoE (which may show up as Sep 19 in your timezone). Full papers are due on the 25th.
We have also clarified that:
- *ACL and CVPR Findings publications qualify for reciprocal reviewing
- Reciprocal reviewing eligibility is determined as of the abstract deadline
