When Aisha (RA) was asked about the character of the Prophet (PBUH) she described his character as the Qur'an.

This reminds us that the Qur'an is not only meant to be recited. It is meant to shape how we live: how we speak, forgive, make decisions, treat people, respond to hardship and fulfill our responsibilities. 

The more we engage with the Qur'an, the more it should guide our daily life.

Research has linked regular family meals with stronger parent-child communication, family connection, and better psychosocial outcomes for children and adolescents. These findings do not mean meals alone solve everything, but they remind us that simple routines can create meaningful space for connection.

In Islam, the home is also the first place where faith, character, mercy, patience, and responsibility are practiced. A shared meal, a prayer together, or a meaningful conversation can become part of how families grow closer.
