A Training Programme on Communication and Presentation Skills for Indian Statistical Service Officers has been organized by IIPA in association with National Statistical Systems Training Academy (NSSTA), Ministry of Statistics & Programme Implementation, Government of India. The objective of the programme is to enhance their proficiency in various aspects of professional communication, including interpersonal communication, public speaking, and presentation skills, while sensitizing them to the nuances of communication in government and public sector contexts.

A Foundation Training Programme for ASOs, Govt of Bihar has been organised by IIPA in association with Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (BIPARD). The objective of the programme was to make the participants aware about the various organisational aspects which are of the immense significance. Around sixteen participants are attending the programme.

#NirbhayRaho | महिलाओं की सुरक्षा, सम्मान और अधिकारों को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल के अंतर्गत पंचायती राज मंत्रालय द्वारा 25 से 27 मई 2026 तक भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (IIPA), नई दिल्ली में “हिंसा से मुक्ति : महिलाओं की सुरक्षा एवं संरक्षा से संबंधित कानूनी प्रावधानों पर निर्वाचित महिला प्रतिनिधियों के क्षमता निर्माण” विषयक प्रशिक्षकों हेतु पायलट प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया जा रहा है।

महिला एवं बाल विकास मंत्रालय, नेशनल लॉ स्कूल ऑफ इंडिया यूनिवर्सिटी (NLSIU) तथा IIPA के सहयोग से आयोजित इस कार्यक्रम में प्रो. साईराम भट्ट ने कानूनी जागरूकता, हिंसा और लैंगिक भेदभाव के विरुद्ध मौन तोड़ने तथा न्याय तक पहुँच सुनिश्चित करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने कहा कि यह पहल जमीनी स्तर पर महिला सुरक्षा, जागरूकता और सशक्त सहभागिता को मजबूत करने की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण कदम है।

#NirbhayRaho | श्री विवेक भारद्वाज, सचिव, पंचायती राज मंत्रालय ने भारतीय लोक प्रशासन संस्थान (IIPA), नई दिल्ली में आयोजित “हिंसा से मुक्ति : महिलाओं की सुरक्षा एवं संरक्षा से संबंधित कानूनी प्रावधानों पर मास्टर ट्रेनर्स के क्षमता निर्माण” विषयक प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रम के उद्घाटन सत्र में मुख्य वक्तव्य दिया।

उन्होंने पंचायती राज संस्थाओं की परिवर्तनकारी भूमिका पर प्रकाश डालते हुए महिलाओं के कानूनी अधिकारों के प्रति जागरूकता बढ़ाने, सामुदायिक सहयोग तंत्र को सशक्त बनाने तथा महिलाओं की सुरक्षा, संरक्षा और न्याय तक पहुँच सुनिश्चित करने हेतु संस्थागत क्षमता को और मजबूत करने की आवश्यकता पर बल दिया। उन्होंने प्रतिभागियों से सामूहिक प्रयासों एवं निरंतर सहभागिता के माध्यम से अधिक जागरूक, उत्तरदायी और समावेशी सहयोग तंत्र विकसित करने का आह्वान किया।

Highlighting the transformative potential of Panchayati Raj Institutions, he spoke about the importance of creating awareness on legal rights, strengthening community-level support mechanisms, and enhancing institutional capacity to address issues related to women’s safety and security. He emphasised that informed and sensitised grassroots leadership can play a significant role in ensuring access to justice and fostering safer communities across rural India.

He also encouraged participants to contribute actively towards building a more aware, responsive, and inclusive support system for women through collective efforts and sustained engagement.

A mid-career training programme for Assistant Registrar (Cooperative Society) and Audit Officers, Government of Bihar has been organised by IIPA in association with Bihar Institute of Public Administration and Rural Development (@BipardGaya). The objective of the programme is to develop a working knowledge of the Bihar Cooperative Societies Act, Rules, and relevant amendments. During the programme the trainees will be learning about financial oversight mechanisms and best practices in cooperative governance while also exploring contemporary challenges and innovations in the sector. Around thirteen participants are attending the programme.
