➡️ Bitcoin is one of few assets that has truly earned long-term conviction.

Most tokens are created almost as fast as they disappear.

$BTC is one of rare exceptions.

But even with all its strengths, Bitcoin is not perfect.

It does not generate yield by itself...

1⃣ Strategy is pretty simple

Deposit $fBTC as collateral on @aave, borrow USDe, swap it into USDC through @Agnidex, and supply that USDC back into Aave.

You keep your BTC exposure intact, while the borrowed side of the position gets converted into USDC and supplied to Aave to generate yield.

I opened a small position to test it:

→ USDe borrow rate: 3.07% APY
→ USDC supply rate: 7.35% APY
→ net APY: 2.11%
→ health factor: 1.60

Even with a tighter health factor, you can always withdraw your supplied USDC and use it to repay the loan.

✅ Aave currently has an active incentive campaign for stablecoin suppliers, adding around +5% APY in $MNT rewards.
