Our 6th graders are learning about IPS middle schools through virtual tours. We want them to be informed of everything our middle schools offer and make the best choice for themselves
Congratulations to our Robotics Team. They had the opportunity to display their robots to the staff. Thank you Ms. O'leary for leading this initiative.
One of our students was "Caught Reading" at home and we are celebrating! Each student whose caregiver sends in a photo of them reading during the month of October earns a pencil and a certificate. We are so proud of our School 96 readers - go Gophers!
Ms. O'leary is discussing Banned Books Week during library time this week. The students are learning the difference between a challenge and a ban, and how even their favorite titles can end up challenged or banned in other schools.
