A backlog of photos so where better to start than the #Burren & Blackhead, 1 June. Slowly climbed the limestone (pavement, grykes & carpets of flowers) to top (314m), attempting to take it all in as I climbed. Stone fort, probably >2000 y old, spectacular from close-up or afar

Running diplomacy ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธPleasure to run the iconic night time #BiegPowstania with #Chilean and #Irish colleagues, @IRLeoconnell, honoring the heroes of the #WarsawUprising. Many thanks to @AKTYWNAWARSZAWA and all volonteers and officials for this memorable evening @ewarsaw
Fortunate to have been in W #Connemara in these glorious days leading up to #SummerSolstice. The cloudscape caught the eye as much as the landscape. Little wonder that the west of #Ireland cloudscapes featured so strongly in Paul Henry's paintings
