If you are considering suicide over an IRS problem, here is my advice: Stop complying. I really mean that. Fuck them all to hell.
The IRS rules by fear and intimidation precisely because it is not a legitimate part of government. Precisely because it is our foreign enemy.
Your life is worth more than all the IRS. More than all the government.
Follow me for me tax tips.
What's funny is that Washington marched into Pennsylvania with 10,00 jack-booted federal troops to enforce his intentionally punitive excise against some of the very patriots responsible for victory.
George Washington was a bigger traitor to Independence than Benedict Arnold.
@WeakGameForever There it is - weak game landing hard! Thanks buddy!
Hey after this afternoon's naptime, why don't have your master lead you to a bush of thistles?
Not on my radar at all.
Administration of Excise Tax of 1791 required the obliteration of the 4th & 5th Amendments.
SCOTUS just granted Cert. challenging fundamental aspect of this law.
So what's going to happen? How secure is any database? Will the IRS be safe forever?
If you work on the IRS - document it all. We need you. That is how we will identify those good from the bad.
The only thing keeping Americans from destroying the IRS via class action litigation is shared information.
If we all knew what the IRS was doing to all of us, it would be all over for the IRS.
Its patterns of known intentional abuse would be incredibly apparent. It would have no defenses. And no friends.
People would be executed. For sure.
Therefore the biggest beneficiary of your "confidential taxpayer data" is the IRS.
I like Dave Champion. I don't think he is correct about everything, but he is really correct about some things. I think he's a great guy to watch to get a different perspective.
My quick criticism - Taxing power and commerce clause are two different things even though for both powers, Congress found many "penumbrae" of government rights - its hard to see they are different things now.

The rental market is distorted by real estate investors who were looking for tax breaks.
The tax breaks didn't show up. Nor did the tenants. But the property taxes did. And the interest. Upkeep. Etc.
If you are jumping into an E-Z opportunity for tax savings and E-Z passive income, bear in mind, so is everyone else.
๐จ Trump Administration succeeds in updating many of the IRS's suicide protocols for 2026. ๐จ
One reason the IRS is way behind in collections and can never recover is that they've had to throttle collection notices due to the massive influx of suicide calls and now suicide chats.
Without collection notices the IRS can not take collection action against you.
Suicide calls are the prime reason for IRS employee burnout . This is the most cover-upped aspect of the job in fact.
Some people who make threats actually do it.
Can you imagine?
You receive a call from someone who sounds just like you but they are confused and panicked and the IRS fear and intimation psyop worked that well - people believe they are worth more dead than alive. And see no other way out. You hear the desperation in their voice. Your words have not affect.
But before you calmed them down, they hung up in a rant.
And then a few days later. You check the internet. You find the obit "died suddenly."
And he left young kids.
As a tax resolution firm, my staff was trained on suicide calls. They knew to interrupt me for ANYTHING.

Why is it stressful helping Americans understand their tax obligations? That should be a dream job. After all, we can vote! lol

Both you and I kissed aviation greatest.
But you can track its decline to the gold standard allowed not to have to even pretend anymore.
In the 1971, big problem as there was too much money printed and not enough gold. France was demanding gold the US did not possess.
The solution? Print more money. A lot more! Yay! And there's no paper requirement now either!
Oh man. What a ride it's been.

Amazing response. Stunning. Thanks. There's no 0 legal advice here, friend. Not only that, the IRM doesn't even have the force of law. The IRM is suggestive of what the IRS should do. But otherwise it's just the government's non-binding tax playbook which is only partially redacted.
In the internal revenue manual, we can see some of the government's tax spells, but not all of them. I found this really interesting as this overt spell is one of the most critical โ because all other spells rely upon it.
And there is it. Hiding in plain sight.
I find one of the most fascinating things I ever read.
"Belief."
Huh. When the government is inadvertently honest, it is the only way it can be honest. Hence, I saw this as important to share.
You're angry because....

Electronic payments to and from the #IRS are generally processed faster, cost less to handle, and reduce errors compared to paper payments. When it comes to taxes, itโs time to outgrow our paper phase: https://t.co/UwDWc9g7ei
