Good to chat with @paulcolgan@IrishTimes about my views on the impact of the Trump Presidency for Ireland 🇮🇪 and my quote “Michael O’Leary is somebody I think Donald Trump would be in awe of” + “it’s not all doom & gloom….”

It was wonderful to visit my Alma Mater @SjCrescent today with Principle Diarmuid Mullins. Very fond memories from the ‘80s, and values that helped shape my career.
"He worked well last week & John (Hartnett, owner) has come over from America. The young fella that rode him is the up-and-coming Colin Keane. I don't tie them down to instructions, lads like that" Tony Martin, En Or @DundalkStadium

We were delighted to get home to see En Or win the Tipperary Cup and such a brilliant race by @BenCoen2 next stop @LeopardstownRC
https://t.co/zdxxSvVPXF
En Or came from last to first in the extended two-mile Camida Advantage Tipperary Cup Handicap at Clonmel to plunder a double for jockey Ben Coen.
The six-year-old gelding dropped to rear and looked to have plenty of work to do a furlong and a-half from home.
Coen soon got after him and the pair availed of a seam along the inner to make good headway a furlong out.
Forward momentum continued as they picked it up in the final 150 yards and sailed on well to win by a growing two and a-half lengths at 8/1 for Cathy O'Leary. Jabbar took second at 7/2.
O'Leary led up the winner and winning owner John Hartnett reported: "We came in from San Francisco two days ago and live in Silicon Valley.
"I'm originally from Limerick and we have a house in north Tipperary, so to win the Tipperary Cup is brilliant."
Congratulations @moranjohna1 for Mayor of Limerick - delighted to hear the news here in California 🇺🇸. Limerick is in good hands - well done 👍@Limerick_Leader
