‘Always on’ culture is placing significant pressure on workers across the UK, according to new research from HiBob, with nearly half considering quitting.
A study from the HR company found always on culture is "becoming the norm", and many workers find it harder than ever to switch off after their day is finished.
If left unaddressed, the study warned that organizations risk harming employee wellbeing and losing top talent.

Hackers are sneaking into networks and staying undetected for longer than ever, according to new research from @ExtraHop.
Analysis from the security firm found threat actors are quietly maintaining access for an average of two and a half weeks before their presence is detected — with a small number remaining undetected for several months or even years at a time.
Nearly half of organizations polled said they didn't detect an intrusion until after data was stolen. Notably, 14% weren’t aware any attack had taken place until the hackers themselves alerted the enterprise.
