- Her husband started working from home to help her with the children.
- Her parents helped with the children.
- A nanny was hired to help with the children.
- Her husband set up a funds so she didn't had to go back to work but didn't had to worry about finances.
- He went to every doctors appointment with her but she was never satisfied with what they said and gave so she stopped taking the medication or didn't even start it.
- He asked her to check herself into a hospital, which she left after only a few days.

So please enlighten me where the system failed and she's not to blame for denying the medical help everyone was offering?
