I want to address something traders should take seriously: chargebacks.

If you purchase a challenge, use the service, and then file a chargeback, you should not assume that nothing will happen to your account.

From a firm’s side, a chargeback is not simply a refund request. Once a payment is reversed through the payment provider, it can create a serious issue with the transaction and the account connected to it.

That’s why traders may face account restrictions or payout problems after a chargeback, depending on the circumstances and the terms they agreed to.

At the same time, genuine payment issues do happen.

If you believe there is a legitimate problem with a transaction, speak to support first. Give the firm a chance to investigate and resolve it before escalating the payment dispute.

My advice is simple:

Don’t file a chargeback just because you are unhappy with a trading outcome or want your money back after using the service.

Understand what you agreed to, communicate properly, and know the consequences before taking action.

It can save you a much bigger problem later.
