@vanislegirl77 Hi Christie I am sorry to hear this. You would need to cancel your test 48 hours’ prior, otherwise there is a $25 cancellation fee. You are also able to cancel via the link in your test confirmation email. ^ap

@JarQmr Hi, card delivery can take up to 60 days, but most customers receive their card within a couple of weeks. Unfortunately we don't have the ability to print a photo card on site. ^YC
