I told you I received N10 million settlement from my father and you're advising me to invest it in MMF and collect 17% interest per year.

That's to say, after full 12 months, I'll collect just N1.7 million profit on N10 million capital.

God forbid. This is not a route for wealth creators.

Instead, I'll use N3.5 million from that money and buy 9 pregnant pigs and one adult male pig. Use N700,000 to construct the pen and use N1.8 million for feeding and vaccines. Then keep the remaining N4 million for feeding of the piglets.

If the pigs reproduce, at least, one pig would give birth to 10 piglets. There may be more. But I'm using 10 piglets per pig as my target.

That will be 90 piglets. It will take just 7 months to rear this piglets (growers) into matured pigs and then sell at N280,000 each.

That'll be a revenue of N25 million. And my capital would still be intact.

If you want to create wealth, get dirty and do the job; stop searching for lazy options.
