Can someone explain to me why there should even be deadlines for things like PVC registrations? Shouldn’t it be like registering your sim, or doing NIN or something? Why deadlines? Causing unnecessary crowd and chaos, discouraging people from even getting the PVCs.🙄🙄🙄
