#Switzerland welcomes the constructive progress achieved through the intensive diplomatic exchanges held at the Bürgenstock between the United States, Iran, Pakistan and Qatar.

The establishment of a High-Level Committee based on the MoU and the agreement on a roadmap towards a final agreement within 60 days are positive steps that provide a framework for the next phase of the process and enable immediate technical discussions.

🇨🇭remains available, through its good offices, to support dialogue, de-escalation, regional #stability and #peace.

At the Bürgenstock today, I met with 🇵🇰 PM @CMShehbaz.

As a country that places great importance on mediation, dialogue and #GoodOffices, 🇨🇭 values #Pakistan’s important role in supporting continued discussions on the implementation of the agreed 🇺🇸-🇮🇷 MoU.

I reaffirmed Switzerland’s readiness to support initiatives aimed at de-escalation, regional #stability and lasting #peace.

At the Bürgenstock today, I met with U.S. VP @JDVance.

We exchanged on the ongoing talks on the implementation of the U.S.–Iran MoU and their importance for peace and stability in the #MiddleEast. Starting these talks in #Switzerland is an essential first step.

As the protecting power for #US interests in #Iran for nearly half a century, Switzerland enjoys trusted relations with both parties.

I offered our #goodoffices whenever they are needed.

Being useful in an unsettled world is the best way to contribute to stability and peace for 🇨🇭 and the world.

At the Bürgenstock today, I met with PM @MBA_AlThani_.

We discussed bilateral relations between #Switzerland & #Qatar and ways to further strengthen our cooperation. We also exchanged views on recent regional developments following the Memorandum of Understanding between the #US and #Iran.

As countries that place great importance on mediation, dialogue and #goodoffices, 🇨🇭 and 🇶🇦 share a strong commitment to supporting diplomatic solutions to international challenges.

I thanked Qatar for its important mediation efforts and reaffirmed Switzerland’s readiness to support initiatives aimed at de-escalation, #stability and lasting #peace.

#OSCE26CH | In my address to the #OSCE Annual Security Review Conference, I stressed the need to look beyond today’s crises and prepare Europe’s security for tomorrow.

From conventional warfare to cyber threats, disinformation, AI and emerging technologies, the challenges are evolving rapidly. The @OSCE must remain a platform for #dialogue, risk reduction and collective security.
