@Cathal_Dennehy In my humble opinion, I would say she is best sticking with the marathon for the rest of her career. She will only end up hating the sport if she tries to focus on another distance that she isn't as good at.

@GuruAnaerobic If it's 5000m only, then I don't think it's a fair comparison. There's x10 more 100m races that take place in a season compared to 5000m races.

@sociable_weaver They are normally measured slightly long to account for error. The only true distance that you can run is on the track.

@Cathal_Dennehy Having 3 400m events for athletes to compete in at a 4 day event is reckless, and it puts the athlete's welfare at risk. Time to drop the men's and women's 4x400m relays and move the mixed relay to the final event of the championships
