@GovNuclear To the other comments, It may seem like a lot just to boil water but it’s taking advantage of a unique property only water has. Also, New generation reactors use molten salts in the heat exchanger instead of using water under very high pressure.

Source? Don’t rely on hearsay before your 凸^-^凸 , He has said he dosen’t want to force down housing prices , but has also signed legislation to restrict big companies from buying up homes. In a free market the issure should iron itself out anyway. Also until interest rates come down you aren’t going to see much investment in building new homes
