A very similar outlook is for the tomorrow “29th July 2026” for the plains of Northern India. Various places like S Punjab, Delhi, Haryana, UttarPradesh to get more moderate to heavy rains but intensity will vary towards Delhi region.
The axis of monsoon trough is currently passing close to Punjab, Haryana, Delhi, UttarPradesh and parts of Rajasthan. There is ongoing thunderstorm and rains in the region and these activities will increase by early morning hours which will bring mdoerate to heavy scattered spells of rains with thunder in aforementioned areas including Delhi, Ncr, Ghaziabad, Noida, Meerut and nearby areas. The showers will be heavy and will last for 1-2 hours which will lead to water logging in low lying areas.
•Fresh formations will occur between 3-5am.

Isolated weak cumulonimbus clouds are forming over Delhi and Ncr region to bring short spells of light-moderate rains with shirt burst of heavy rains in Central Delhi, Western Delhi and nearby areas. This will impact the ongoing protest at Jantar Mantar and rains in nearby area are likely but these showers will not last more than 5-15 mins due to fast moving nature of the clouds.
•Similar kind of activities are expected in Punjab, Haryana and UttarPradesh and only a fraction of the places will be covered by these till tomorrow morning.
•Some widespread rains are expected from 27-30th July in Northern Plains of India

These formations will move quickly due to strong winds at lower levels of the atmosphere. Only a small fraction of #Ghaziabad, #Delhi, #Gurgaon, #Faridabad, #Noida and nearby area of Haryana and W U.P will be affected in next 6 hours.
