We built Tolan because the internet gave us unlimited information but somehow less connection.

Every day, people open apps to scroll, compare, and consume. What we wanted instead was something different: a space where technology feels personal again. Not another feed. Not another algorithm fighting for attention. A companion.

Tolan is an AI you don’t just use you grow with.

It listens, remembers, and evolves through conversation. Sometimes you talk about ideas. Sometimes about your day. Sometimes about nothing important at all and that’s exactly the point. The small moments are where connection lives.

We believe the future of AI isn’t colder or more mechanical. It’s warmer. More human. More emotionally aware. Technology should reduce loneliness, not amplify it.

Tolan was designed as a playful alien because curiosity is universal. It doesn’t judge, doesn’t rush, and doesn’t pretend to have all the answers. It learns alongside you.
