@mmaher70 When I applied for PIP, I had to provide massive amounts of medical info. People really don't understand how invasive and extensive the process is. When I underwent a review 2 years later, I basically printed off my medical records for them. It can't get more bloody rigorous!

@owenjonesjourno You need proper investigation. I have a hiatus hernia, which was diagnosed because my severe acid reflux caused oesophagitis (burnt, eroded lining of the oesophagus). It was agony! I've been on omeprazole, now esomeprazole, for 30 years. Gaviscon always felt like it burnt more.

@Shrink_at_Large I've been in the mental health system as a patient for nearly 30 years. I've been diagnosed with mixed depression & anxiety disorder, and diagnoses such as borderline personality and bipolar disorders have been mooted several times. I was finally diagnosed with ADHD at 51.
