In my case it's the most obvious answer which is that the account never tweets, hasn't since the VH season was upcoming, so it ends up in the archives of follows lol (assuming we're talking about Iskall here - my Tumblr DMS filled with it today btw, it's a bit much)

With how deep and vast the economy, NPC and side quest stuff will likely be, that'll double easily
