BREAKING: #TheApprentice Winner Tom Pellereau ‘Graduates’! – StylPro founder regains full ownership of business from Lord Sugar

Fourteen years after his initial investment, Lord Sugar and Tom Pellereau have agreed terms that return StylPro to a 100% founder-owned company.

Founded in 2011 by acclaimed inventor Tom Pellereau, he has today announced the buyout of Lord Sugar’s 50% share in a move that restores sole ownership to the company’s founder. Pellereau became the first Apprentice winner to receive investment from Lord Sugar, who contributed £250,000 in return for a 50% stake. The 2011 deal reflected a broader change in The Apprentice’s format: after six seasons of awarding the winner a £100,000-a-year job with Lord Sugar’s business, the series shifted to offering a cash investment and a business partnership.

The business will continue operating under Tom Pellereau’s strategic direction as Founder and CEO.
