Last week Physion Labs published an independent benchmark of AI video agents. Invideo wasn't in it. We requested them to include us. Results are out. invideo Agent One is #1. We are number #1 on 12 of the 16 individual metrics. Never falling below #2
We're running a live webinar - AI Filmmaking Masterclass: How to Build a Scene, with Hridaye Nagpal, our Global Creative Head. July 30, 7:30 PM IST / 7 AM PST.
In this session he will build a full scene live, start to finish, using a scene from Julius Caesar as the demo. He will cover - setting up the agent with the full script so it holds the whole film in context, locking locations and consistent character sheets, using Agent One to try multiple models to find the best output, turning stills into shots, and keeping continuity across a whole sequence.
If you make films, or want to, this is a rare look at how a filmmaker actually does it.
@_sankyy (Co-founder & CEO, @invideoOfficial) swears by The Mom Test - and this one rule from it:
"The solution is your job. The problem is the customer's job."
Sanket believes in hardcore execution - Build more prototypes. Ship them. Let the market react, because your differentiation, positioning, and GTM (YES, even your market size!) all trace back to this.

Reminder: Hridaye Nagpal, our Global Creative Head, is going live on July 30, 7:30 PM IST / 7 AM PST.
He's picking a scene from Julius Caesar as the demo and building the entire thing on Agent One in real time. Setting up the Agent and Context, location scouting, character consistency, testing across multiple models, still-to-video generation, and maintaining continuity across a full sequence.
This is a working filmmaker showing you his actual process. Don't miss it.
Penumbra Episode 2 was the hardest one to make yet.
14 minutes of film. 14 days to build it. New characters, new story arc, and a genre decision that had to lock the direction for the rest of the series.
Our creative director, Vinu, built all of it the way he built Episode 1 – without any screenplay or pre-production, just brainstorming with agents scene by scene the way we would with a real crew.
Full breakdown in the video and the thread.
When you're building a sequence with crowds or extras in AI, doing them separately is exhausting. But if you don't, your main characters start showing up as doppelgangers in the background.
Agent One handles extras on its own, keeping ethnicity, geography, and time period consistent with your story's context. We built an entire chase sequence in Penumbra Episode 2 with just 4 location pictures, and the agent wrote the choreography itself.

@TheoMediaAI@BLVCKLIGHTai@_sankyy Also, invideo has mult-agents - you can literally power several of them at once - Scene, charachters, shot breakdowns all can be separate agents. This week is going to be epic
