Learning to Vote
A meticulously simulated digital voting system for the Students Council Election at Isha Vidhya Nagercoil helped students learn the voting process for future use. They used their Student ID cards instead of Voter ID cards for verification before voting.
This innovative activity always keeps students riveted and excited. It improves their creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills, and gives them the confidence to explore more challenging designs at the Atal Tinkering Lab.

NCC Annual Training Camp
32 Isha Vidhya Tuticorin students underwent physical training and parade drills, learned about rifle and ship parts, and fired live rounds with a .22-calibre rifle under expert supervision—experiencing the discipline and feel of the Armed Forces.
Glimpses of excited participation in the celebrations by students from KG onwards, with their teachers, who wholeheartedly made all the necessary arrangements to help their students learn the significance of the day and honor it.

Counting Squares
To estimate a leaf's area, Class 7 students at Isha Vidhya Dharmapuri traced it onto graph paper, counted the covered squares, and used an estimation formula to calculate its approximate area in square centimetres.
Extracurricular activities at school helped Deepika gain confidence and hone her communication and organizational skills, which have helped her excel in strategic thinking and leadership roles at work. She is excited to learn and grow in Honeywell's dynamic work environment.

Jasika, a Class 4 student at Isha Vidhya Nagercoil, took part in the "Dheiveega Nadanam 2026" National-Level Bharatanatyam Championship at the Thillai Nataraja Temple, Chidambaram, and was honoured for her striking performance and artistic expression.

Visiting Books
Students of Classes 8 and 9 from Isha Vidhya Erode eagerly browsed books across diverse categories at the CNC College Book Fair and listened keenly to a storyteller. It was an enriching visit that encouraged them to develop a love for reading.
The under-19 Isha Vidhya Erode volleyball team saw their months of rigorous training, perseverance, and teamwork come to fruition, securing first place at the Kodumudi zonal-level tournament. This victory qualifies them for the next round of matches.

Supporting Hygiene
Mr. Sowmyanarayanan and Mr. Karthikeyan Miruthiyanjayan of Lennox Foundation inaugurated a new boys' toilet block at Isha Vidhya Villupuram. Thank you, Lennox Foundation, for your support in ensuring a hygienic, comfortable environment for our students.
The students learned to control motors using a microcontroller, strengthened their coding skills, and worked with electronic components. Hands-on activities in the ATL foster experiential STEM learning and prepare them for futuristic academic pursuits.

Akshar Bhairav, a Class 9 student of Isha Vidhya Nagercoil, displayed remarkable skill and determination to secure First Place in Silambam at the Tamil Nadu State-Level Open Championship 2026, held in Salem.

Gokulnath interned at Ellucian and, after a two-month break, landed a full-time role at the same global software company. He fondly recalls getting the offer call in the middle of his CoP practical exam. He says earning well has made him confident and responsible.
Eating Healthy
Parents of Isha Vidhya Karur students from LKG to Class 2 were urged to pack fruits, vegetables, nuts, and healthy homemade snacks. Healthy snacking during breaks helped students learn that food can be both nutritious and tasty.
Celebrating Aadi Perukku
Aadi Perukku was celebrated to express gratitude to water and nature. The students eagerly performed the traditional Kummi Pattu and other dances and songs. The finale was Mulapari – an offering of Navadhanyam (nine types of grains) to a water body.
Learning to Elect
Isha Vidhya Tuticorin students from Classes 4-12 keenly participated in the election of student representatives. Candidates filed their nominations and canvassed before online voting via Google Forms. Results were declared at the school assembly.
Queueing up to get onto the school bus, standing in a row at the morning school assembly, walking in line to class, and standing in line to be served food are some instances when our students exhibit discipline. Some of them even instill discipline in their families back home.
Our teaching methodology involves learning while playing, and our techniques ensure students are joyful and energized. Our uncommon animal and bird-shaped boards exhilarate primary school students, and they become a part of the class milieu when teachers include them in stories.
