@garybryanshow @kearth101 @Krth101fan 2 misconceptions in fitness are you don't have to stretch after your workout. You should stretch before & after a minimum of 15 min. you reduce risk of injury. The other is muscles & fat loss is done in the gym. No those things are done in the kitchen, it's your dieting does it🙌

@garybryanshow @kearth101 All cars should have an umbrella compartment in the door like the Rolls Royce I can't believe that isn't standard yet.
I use to drive a VW model CC that had a mini compartment between the back seats. You could fit 4 cans and 2 water bottles and an ice pack to keep them cold.

I had about 15 sweaters from the brand FCUK that was really popular in the 90s & 2000s.
I have a boxing glove signed by Mayweather, De La Hoya, Pacquiao, Marquez, Morales & Barrera all HOF boxers I will be buried with it.
