Well, those in charge don't like morning greetings, so I'll say let's pray for a "Well met, Monday morning."
Lord Jesus,
Thank You for blessing us with a clean slate for this new day & week.
As we enter a new week, I pray You align the journey with Your divine will.
Thank You, Lord Jesus, for the grace & mercy, for the redemption, & for the truth, no matter how hard it is to accept.
I pray for Your calm, protection, & guidance.
Remove anything from the path You walk me through that could cause confusion & unnecessary confrontation.
I pray for those who cause disarray out of uncertainty in the form of false witness & paranoia.
I surrender all of these battles & burdens to the cross.
Forgive me my sins, debts & trespasses as I forgive those who cross me.
I come asking for relief of all these things, Lord Jesus.
I pray today that You lead me to relief.
I pray You lead me to success.
I pray You give me the tools needed for both.
Keep me grounded today, Lord Jesus.
Remove the noise from my head & the aching in my heart.
Remove the unclean from my life, my heart, & clean my spirit, replacing all of these things with joy, love & peace only You can bring.
Guide my steps, lead my direction, keeping me safe from harm.
I rebuke the devil who fights me daily in the name of my redeemer, Jesus Christ.
You are my compass when I am lost...
And Father, I am so lost.
I am Your son, trying to find my way out.
In the merciful name of Jesus,
I pray,
Amen & Amen.
Let's get it.
Good morning, everyone. Have a blessed day.
Please pray with me and let's focus our time and attention on seeking God's plan for the day ahead. 🙏
Dear God,
Most high, maker of heaven and earth and all that is in them,
Thank you for this day and all that you have blessed us with. Thank you, Father, for your love, your kindness, your mercy and your grace. Thank you for waking us and giving us life and calling us your children.
Please bless us all with Godly wisdom, knowledge, understanding and discernment. Please fill us with love, peace, joy, patience, understanding and faith.
Please, Father, guide us, protect us and use us today to achieve Your will. I pray that we will truly honor and glorify you in everything we do and that we will love you with all of our heart and soul, our mind and our strength. For ever and ever.
In Jesus' most holy name we pray,
Amen

Good morning, X peeps ☀️
Wishing you all a fabulous and fantastic start to the week.
Kicking off this Monday with a little Nirvana Unplugged, 1993 - Plateau:
“Many hands began to scan around for the next plateau
Some say it was Greenland, some say Mexico
Others decided it was nowhere except for where they stood
But those were all just guesses, wouldn’t help you if they could” 🎶

Story Songs: Street Life
I play the street life, because there's no place I can go
Street life, it's the only life I know
Street life, and there's a thousand parts to play
Street life, until you play your life away
You let the people see just who you wanna be
And every night you shine just like a superstar
That's how the life is played, a 10 cent masquerade
You dress, you walk, you talk
You're who you think you are
Street life, you can run away from time
Street life, for a nickel or a dime
Street life, but you better not get old
Street life, or you're gonna feel the cold
There's always love for sale, a grown-up fairytale
Prince charming always smiles behind a silver spoon
And if you keep it young, your song is always sung
Your love will pay your way beneath the silver moon
Street life

Street life
Oh, street life
Mm-hmm
Yeah
Ooh
I play the street life, because there's no place I can go
Street life, it's the only life I know
Street life, and there's a thousand parts to play
Street life, until you play your life away, ooh
Street life
Street life
Street life
Oh, street life
Yeah
Ooh
Yeah
Oh-oh

The great jazz band The Crusaders scored an unlikely hit in 1979 with Street Life. The 11:18 minute song was cut down to 3:58 as a single, and features lead vocals by Randy Crawford, together with Joe Sample on keyboards (he co-wrote the song with Will Jennings), Wilton Felder on bass and saxophone, and Stix Hooper on drums. The musicians in The Crusaders were so talented that they did session work for other artists like Jackson Browne, Joni Mitchell, Billy Joel, and Steely Dan. Street Life made it to 36 in the US, 8 in Sweden, 6 in Norway and 5 in the UK.

Exactly. Something that never happens, seems to result in arrests! Hmm how could that be? It’s ridiculous the continuous lies! We see, we hear about it!

Our Helper in Prayer
Sometimes praying feels hard. But we can pray with confidence, knowing the Spirit intercedes for us.
Romans 8:26-27
The Holy Spirit is a part of the Trinity—one with the Father and Son, omnipotent and omniscient. He knows exactly what God’s will for our life is. So it’s wise to depend on His guidance, especially in prayer (John 14:26).
Even the most intelligent people operate with limited knowledge. We don’t know what the future holds, and our desires may not fit God’s plan. That’s why prayer isn’t just talking to God—it’s an opportunity to align our heart with His. The Holy Spirit directs our prayers, impresses truth upon us regarding what we have asked, and ultimately opens our mind to God’s will.
There are believers who give up on prayer because our human limitations prevent fully understanding how it works. But stepping away from communication with God means missing out on the Spirit’s remarkable work on our behalf. And we never have to worry about praying the “wrong” thing. If we ask for something outside the Father’s will, the Spirit intercedes and asks for what is right.
When God’s will is our true desire, we’ll find ourselves increasingly sensitive to the Holy Spirit’s guidance. He is our connection to the Father in prayer, and because He leads, we can always follow with confidence.
