BREAKING: The Supreme Court, in a 5-4 decision, is allowing Trump’s White House ballroom construction to continue.

The majority says the National Trust likely lacks standing to sue.

Chief Justice John Roberts broke with the Court’s conservatives, joining all three Democratic appointees in dissent. Roberts wrote that the ballroom’s construction is “likely unlawful.”
