We have great pleasure in introducing Nia Broomhall, Painshill's Poet in Residence.
Here, Nia talks about her relationship with Painshill and the inspiration behind this summer's poetry trail installation, Find What You Find.
Find What You Find is a trail of 25 enchanting poems, displayed at 25 locations across our beautiful landscape, giving visitors an opportunity to experience Painshill in new and inspiring ways.
Created by Nia, this trail provides a unique walk through words and nature as you explore the 160 acre historic landscape of Painshill.
Over an 18-month residency supported by @ace_national , Nia has written evocative new poems with Painshill as inspiration. You’ll also discover thought-provoking poems penned by members of our local community who took part in Poetry Writing Workshops led by Nia, as part of her Painshill residency.
Join us to ‘find what you find’ and let poetry and nature inspire your summer.
