@leafguy403@ryanwhitney6 To be fair McDavid has made the cup finals twice with Edmonton. He’s had some good runs there and Oilers fans don’t want him to leave, isn’t really the same as Marner/Toronto situation
@blastellanos69@elitetakes_ A WR literally depends on a QB, and even with burrow playing the bengals don’t win much. So no, Chase doesn’t win games by himself
@Chicityforum1@A5624175@JoshNorris I think Jayden will have a good year. Last year was tough battling through injuries as well as his teammates. I think people are doubting him & giving him something to prove, which will bode well for him. Biased of course, but his rookie year was no fluke, he’s got that IT factor
@Chicityforum1@A5624175@JoshNorris Yeah that’s fair, I’m not surprised, it’s not uncommon. To your point, I remember people hyped up Eric Bienemy because he coached under Andy Reid/chiefs, yet he sucked for Washington. That said, I truly do think a young offensive mind learning under Ben Johnson is great potential
@GrantPaulsen This comparison is very misleading, Vegas may have slept through the regular season, but they have far more star power than we do right now. We HAVE to acquire some sort of elite top 6 guy this year, like its a must if we want to be viewed as a serious contender
@BarleyDom@GrantPaulsen They’ve got legit star power in Eichel, Marner, Stone, etc. Caps don’t really have that right now. We once did with a younger Ovi, backstrom, kuzi, etc. and we eventually won a cup ourselves
@Chicityforum1@A5624175@JoshNorris Alright man, well he’s our guy this year and Jayden likes him so far, so end of the day you can either be optimistic or just question everything. Nothing wrong with a little hype Blough is receiving
@SkidrowWilson3@hoodooyoulove_@dgalaxyy909@joviacdan@BallsFetching Yeah the situation is just fucked for everyone, easy to sit & watch this movie & give justifiable actions for him or whomever, but when you’re actually in these moments I don’t see how anyone even thinks with a clear head lol, a situation like this is unfathomable in our humanity
@hoodooyoulove_@SkidrowWilson3@dgalaxyy909@joviacdan@BallsFetching I just think it would be too hard for him to decide something like that, but I agree he should’ve realized in the moment her cry for help & should’ve been much more empathetic. He should’ve told the girl he was meeting up with about it too for help. A tough situation all around
@JohnHyungJoonLe@espn He’s near the top of Vegas in ice time and leads the league in playoff points rn. Also let me correct you, *no one can seem to win in a city like Toronto, the “narrative” is pretty evident
@espn@SportsCenter Leafs fanbase + media are toxic. They put too much scrutiny & pressure on their star players, then label it as “we just care, we’re very supportive”. Good for Mitch man, Matthews might as well get out of there too
@AhadReports@Airliquide99@SportsCenter There’s a true paradox with AI: it’s becoming more and more realistic/blended with real life, & things like Ai-generated sentences (yours for example) are easy to point out
@John18Hamilton@BaseballWRLD_ Nats have arguably the best offense in baseball, can’t say a single person expected that. Atlanta is still a good, respectable team and putting them in “out performing expectations” is a perfect fit for them. Don’t be a pick-me dude
