@BrewDog just been to the Exeter brewdog. Table for 2 to eat and drink please, 10 mins later, three members of staff, lots of empty tables and the answer is no. Odd and disappointing. Worrying management for an equity punk.
@JohnLewisRetail It would appear that, according to the floor manager in Cambridge I need to lower my expectations of what JL offers in terms of customer service now. I wonder why the company is loosing customers?!
@JohnLewisRetail tried to contact John Lewis today about a problem, that chat was siconnected by the agent and my call was disconnected as well. What is going on? Where is the customer service?!!!!!
@JohnLewisRetail took coffee machine back, was told by manager "ah you're a long standing JL customer, in the past we would have replaced that but not anymore"Back it goes to DeLonghi apparently my guarantee is with them even though purchased at JL, now wait for 28 working days!
@Genesis_Europe It would be good if that information was clear on your website or if someone would answer an email. One shouldn't have to resort to social media to get an answer.

@VirginAtlantic Thank you, this made asking passengers on the flight to wear masks correctly hard, they were many examples of masks being worn under the nose or on the chin. The big message was that the cabin crew were there for our safety, which is completely the right message.
@VirginAtlantic flew on VS134 today, cabin crew and pilot made big announcements about wearing masks and passengers adhering to rules, unless they had an exemption. One cabin crew throughout the flight wore her mask below her nose/mouth, how is that setting standards on safety?
