🇺🇸 The Trump administration is reportedly already laying the groundwork to blame Europe if Ebola spreads during the World Cup.

With 5-7 million visitors expected across U.S. host cities, Washington is pressuring the EU to ditch WHO's playbook and impose tighter travel restrictions from Central Africa.

Europe is refusing, saying no EU country has confirmed a case and that screening works better than border closures.

Trump pulled out of WHO on day one and is now accusing it of dragging its feet.

He's committed $160 million to the response and says the risk is low.

But he's already decided whose fault it'll be if something goes wrong.
