@Ford What were you thinking when you discontinued the Edge with no replacement?? I’ve leased Ford Edges since they came out, and before that the Explorer. Now, for the first time in nearly 40 years I’m looking outside of Ford because there’s nothing comparable in its place.

@CrownePlaza Staying at the Crowne Plaza in Portland, OR. Unbelievably, some genius thought it would be a good idea to eliminate ALL the towel bars in the bathroom!!! No place to hang towels— just pile them up on a small counter. I think this may be my last stay at a Crowne Plaza

@cvspharmacy Been a CVS customer for decades, but I’m looking around for a new pharmacy home. You can no longer reach the pharmacist by phone. You’re forced to leave a voicemail, which kicks off a frustrating game of phone tag. Worst customer service move ever.
