आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी ने आज हरियाणा के जींद–सोनीपत रेलखंड पर भारत की पहली हाइड्रोजन-पावर्ड ट्रेन राष्ट्र को समर्पित की। स्वदेशी हाइड्रोजन फ्यूल सेल तकनीक से संचालित यह 10-कोच वाली ट्रेन अपनी श्रेणी की दुनिया की सबसे शक्तिशाली हाइड्रोजन-पावर्ड यात्री ट्रेन है।

एक समय था जब देश में कोयले और डीज़ल से चलने वाली ट्रेनों का संचालन होता था। मोदी सरकार में भारतीय रेलवे में अत्याधुनिक एवं विश्वस्तरीय सुविधाओं का तेज़ी से विस्तार हुआ है। इसी क्रम में देश की पहली हाइड्रोजन-पावर्ड ट्रेन स्वच्छ ऊर्जा, हरित परिवहन और विकसित भारत के संकल्प को नई गति देने की दिशा में एक युगांतरकारी कदम है।

निश्चित रूप से यह ट्रेन ग्रीन मोबिलिटी, स्वच्छ ऊर्जा और 'आत्मनिर्भर भारत' के विज़न को साकार करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा मील का पत्थर सिद्ध होगी। इस ऐतिहासिक उपलब्धि के लिए समस्त देशवासियों को हार्दिक बधाई एवं प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का कोटिशः आभार।

In Jalandhar tomorrow, works worth over Rs. 5400 crore will be inaugurated or their foundation stones would be laid. Tomorrow’s programme is important for India’s railway infrastructure because 75 redeveloped railway stations from all over India will be dedicated to the nation under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. These stations will ensure an improved passenger experience. At the same time, they reflect the spirit of 'Vikas Bhi, Virasat Bhi.'

The other railway projects will improve connectivity to Sri Anandpur Sahib and the Maa Chintpurni Temple. At the same time, the train service between Amritsar and Varanasi will connect two vibrant religious and cultural centres of India.

It is always wonderful to be in Chandigarh. During tomorrow’s programme, development works worth over Rs. 4700 crore would either be inaugurated or their foundation stones would be laid. Notable works include the inauguration of the Advanced Mother and Child Centre and the Advanced Neurosciences Centre at Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh. The road projects will improve connectivity between Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir.

From Jind tomorrow, India’s first hydrogen-powered train will be flagged off, which will connect Jind and Sonipat. India becomes one of the select group of nations that have such trains. This will go a long way in ensuring that India adopts clean technology in the railway sector.

Other works will also be inaugurated in Jind tomorrow. These include road and railway projects which will improve connectivity between Delhi and Amritsar, Ambala and Kala Amb, Jind and Gohana and more. Medical colleges in Bhiwani and Narnaul would also be dedicated to the nation.

The foundation stone for a Sikh Museum in Kurukshetra will be laid. This museum will showcase the glorious history of Sikhism, the noble teachings of the respected Sikh Gurus and the contribution of the Sikh community to our nation.

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के नेतृत्व में केंद्रीय कैबिनेट ने आज उत्तर प्रदेश में ₹14,447.64 करोड़ लागत से नेशनल हाईवे-19 और वाराणसी रिंग रोड के बीच 6-लेन वाले ग्रीनफील्ड एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर के विकास तथा वाराणसी शहर में ₹10,998.32 करोड़ लागत से वरुणा नदी के किनारे NH-31 और वाराणसी रिंग रोड को जोड़ने वाले 43.218 किलोमीटर लंबे,हाइब्रिड एन्युइटी मॉडल पर 6/4-लेन वाले एलिवेटेड कॉरिडोर के विकास को मंज़ूरी प्रदान की है।

ये दोनों महत्वाकांक्षी परियोजनाएँ वाराणसी और पूर्वांचल की यातायात व्यवस्था को नई गति देंगी। साथ ही, क्षेत्रीय कनेक्टिविटी सुदृढ़ होने से रोजगार और विकास के नए अवसर भी सृजित होंगे।

काशी सहित समूचे पूर्वांचल के उज्ज्वल भविष्य और समग्र विकास का मार्ग प्रशस्त करने वाले इस ऐतिहासिक निर्णय हेतु प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का आभार प्रकट करता हूँ।

आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री श्री @narendramodi जी के नेतृत्व में केंद्रीय कैबिनेट द्वारा ओडिशा और झारखंड के चार जिलों में फैली दो महत्वपूर्ण मल्टी-ट्रैकिंग रेलवे परियोजनाओं को मंज़ूरी प्रदान की गई। लगभग ₹3,907 करोड़ की अनुमानित लागत वाली 145 किलोमीटर की इस परियोजना से रेलवे नेटवर्क का विस्तार होगा तथा रेल परिचालन अधिक सुगम, सुरक्षित और तेज़ बनेगा।

यह परियोजना यात्रियों की सुविधा बढ़ाने के साथ-साथ माल परिवहन को भी अधिक दक्ष बनाएगी, जिससे व्यापार, उद्योग, निवेश और स्थानीय रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित होंगे।

ओडिशा और झारखंड के लाखों नागरिकों को इसका प्रत्यक्ष लाभ मिलेगा और क्षेत्रीय आर्थिक विकास को भी नई गति मिलेगी। जनकल्याण, आधुनिक अधोसंरचना और समावेशी विकास की दिशा में महत्वपूर्ण इस दूरदर्शी निर्णय हेतु प्रधानमंत्री मोदी जी का हार्दिक आभार।

Union Cabinet chaired by the Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi ji has approved the Semicon 2.0 for the development of India's semiconductor design and manufacturing ecosystem, with a total budget outlay of Rs.1,27,500 crore.

Building on the success of Semicon 1.0, the mission focuses on six key pillars chip design, semiconductor machinery and materials, fabrication units (fabs), advanced ATMP/OSAT facilities, R&D, and talent development to position India as a global semiconductor hub.

Semicon 2.0 will boost innovation, attract investments, generate high-skilled employment, strengthen supply chain resilience, enhance technological self-reliance, and accelerate the journey towards Viksit Bharat@ 2047.

Union Cabinet chaired by Hon’ble PM Shri @narendramodi ji, has approved the Mobile Phone Manufacturing Scheme (MPMS) with an outlay of ₹62,500 crore to strengthen India's electronics manufacturing ecosystem.

Building on PM Modi ji's vision of Make in India, which has positioned India as a key player in the global electronics arena, the 5-year scheme (FY2026-27 to FY2030-31) will boost mobile phone manufacturing, domestic value addition, supply chains, and Indian brands through incentives for production, domestic sourcing, and design & R&D. Today, India not only meets its domestic mobile phone requirements but also caters to growing global demand.

The scheme is expected to drive ₹39 lakh crore in mobile phone production, create 60,000 direct jobs, and further strengthen India's position as a global mobile manufacturing and export hub while advancing the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs (CCEA), chaired by Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji, has approved the National Investment Policy for Urea–2026 (NIPU-2026).

NIPU-2026 introduces key reforms, including greater transparency, an attractive return framework for investors, and measures to mitigate foreign exchange risk. These reforms are expected to generate savings of over ₹250 crore for each new urea plant while ensuring the long-term availability of fertilizers for farmers.

The policy will encourage the establishment of new gas-based urea manufacturing plants across the country, boosting investment in the fertilizer sector, reducing import dependence, and further strengthening India's journey towards an Atmanirbhar Bharat.
