Didwana, Rajasthan: BJP MLA Balmukundachary says, "The Waqf Board has become a form of ‘land jihad,’ similar to what is called ‘love jihad.’ Just as daughters and sisters are allegedly misled, abducted, trafficked, harmed, and subjected to exploitation, in the same way land was being targeted. Anywhere a green flag was placed, a green cloth was kept, or a claim was made that the land belonged to the Waqf Board, attempts were made to illegally occupy that land. Tell us even one case where the Waqf Board has given a plot of land to a poor Muslim mother, sister, daughter, or brother. Tell us if the Waqf Board has built free shelters, hostels, houses, colleges, schools, or any residential facilities for the poor. There are none..."
