आज सुबह पहली बार प्रदर्शनकारियों की ओर से सरकार के साथ बातचीत करने का प्रस्ताव आया और सुबह 11:50 AM से ही हमारी बातचीत जारी है।

सौहार्दपूर्ण वातावरण में मुलाकात हुई। उनके डेलीगेशन के साथ विस्तार से पहले मौखिक चर्चा हुई और उनके द्वारा लगभग 4 बजे मुझे लिखित याचिका दी गई।

मैंने सभी प्रदर्शनकारियों से अनुरोध किया कि वे अपने धरने को समाप्त करें और सामान्य स्थिति बहाल करने में प्रशासन की मदद करें।

Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri @narendramodi Ji inaugurated the Advanced Mother and Child Centre and the Advanced Neurosciences Centre at PGIMER, Chandigarh, and laid the foundation stone of a 150-bed Critical Care Block under PM-ABHIM today.

The 300-bed Advanced Neurosciences Centre, built at a cost of ₹440 crore, marks a major expansion of India's neurological healthcare infrastructure. By bringing neurology, neurosurgery, and neurocritical care services under one roof, it significantly enhances PGIMER's capacity in this critical area. The Advanced Mother and Child Centre is among the country's most advanced healthcare facilities, providing comprehensive and specialised care for women and children under one roof.

Under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi Ji, India has made significant strides in healthcare over the past 12 years. Flagship initiatives such as Ayushman Bharat have expanded access to quality healthcare and improved the well-being of millions across the country.

एक समय था भारत के हेल्थ सेक्टर पर पूरी दुनिया चिंता जताती थी। किसी बड़ी आपदा का अंदेशा होता था, तो लोग सवाल उठाने लगते थे कि भारत में क्या होगा। कोरोना के समय में हमने देखा है कि कैसे भारत ही विश्व की चिंताओं का केंद्र था। लेकिन हमारी सरकार ने भारत का सामर्थ्य भी बदला और विश्व का नजरिया भी बदला।

पिछले 12 वर्षों की देश की सफलता इसी संकल्प का परिणाम है। हमारे देश के लोगों को इलाज की बेहतर सुविधाएं मिलेगी और कम कीमत में मिलेगी।

आज चंडीगढ़ पीजीआई में एडवांस हेल्थ केयर फैसिलिटीज का विस्तार हो रहा है। यहां एडवांस न्यूरो साइंस सेंटर, एडवांस मदर एंड चाइल्ड सेंटर और क्रिटिकल केयर हॉस्पिटल ब्लॉक, ये प्रोजेक्ट्स लाखों लोगों को इलाज की और बेहतर सुविधा देंगे।

जब हम स्वास्थ्य की बात करते हैं, तो हम सब जानते हैं कि इसमें स्वच्छता की कितनी बड़ी भूमिका है। और इसलिए जब हमारी सरकार बनी थी, तब हमने देश के लिए स्वच्छ भारत मिशन लांच किया था।

हमारी सरकार तकनीक के जरिए भी इलाज को सुगम बना रही है। हमने ई-संजीवनी मिशन के जरिए टेलीमेडिसिन की सुविधा शुरू की। इसके तहत आज देश में 48 करोड़ से ज्यादा टेलीमेडिसिन कंसल्टेशंस हो चुके हैं।

बीमारी के इलाज के साथ ही आज उतना ही फोकस प्रिवेंटिव हेल्थ केयर पर भी है। पोषण अभियान, मिशन इंद्रधनुष, योगा, एचपीवी वैक्सीनेशन, यू-विन प्लेटफार्म, ऐसे कई अहम प्रयासों के कारण करोड़ों लोगों का जीवन सुरक्षित हो रहा है। आज देश में टीबी का ट्रीटमेंट कवरेज 90 परसेंट से ज्यादा हो गया है। पिछले साल आई WHO की रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक 10 वर्षों के भीतर-भीतर टीबी संक्रमण भी 21 प्रतिशत कम हुआ है।

बीते वर्षों में भारत ने अपने हेल्थ केयर इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर का तेजी से विस्तार किया है। 2014 के बाद देश में 15 नए एम्स को मंजूरी दी गई है। आज देश के अलग-अलग हिस्सों में नए एम्स काम कर रहे हैं। देश भर में सैकड़ों नए मेडिकल कॉलेजों की स्थापना की गई है।

गांव-गांव में प्राइमरी हेल्थ केयर सुविधाओं के विकास पर भी ध्यान दिया जा रहा है। हर स्तर पर हेल्थ सिस्टम मजबूत हो, इसके लिए आयुष्मान भारत हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर मिशन शुरू किया गया है। इसके तहत देश भर में क्रिटिकल केयर ब्लॉक्स, इंटीग्रेटेड पब्लिक हेल्थ लैब्स और पब्लिक हेल्थ यूनिट जैसी सुविधाओं का नेटवर्क तैयार हुआ है।

आज स्वास्थ्य सुविधाएं देश के सामान्य नागरिकों का अधिकार बन चुकी हैं। स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं का बड़ा लाभ हमारे देश के युवाओं को भी हुआ है।

पहले की सरकारों में मेडिकल कॉलेज और सीटों के अभाव में युवाओं के डॉक्टर बनने का सपना अधूरा ही रहता था। अब मेडिकल कॉलेज की संख्या लगभग दोगुनी हुई है, साथ ही MBBS और पीजी सीटों में भी बढ़ोतरी हुई है।
