This past weekend at @ComplexCon Hong Kong, BlackFlag brought The County Fair to life — a nostalgia-packed, creator-led experience reimagining the classic Americana carnival for a global stage.
We curated a lineup of our incredible creators who brought their unique perspectives in art, fashion, design, music, and product creation into one unified experience. What did that look like? Think exclusive drops, immersive games, unexpected moments—and a whole lot of chaos.
🎯 At the heart of the fair was our Ring Toss, where guests could take their shot at winning a variety of exclusive creator prizes across multiple tiers. And thanks to our partners at @BetMGMPoker, we introduced a special red bottle—hit it, and you’d walk away with $10,000 HKD.
🎈 Balloon artists kept the energy alive, while people waited for their chance to win.
🎩 Our very own RingMaster, Jordan Chalmers, held it all together in true BlackFlag fashion.
💥 Celebrities swung by. Creators sold out. People connected with stories behind the products being showcased.
Most importantly, we brought our creators face-to-face with a new global audience—many of whom had never even heard of them before.
This was more than just an activation. It was proof that a bold idea, the right team, and relentless follow-through can bring our creators to new places—despite language barriers, shipping nightmares, time zones, and everything else that stood in the way.

Kendall Makes Stuff has been in the trenches for 365 days straight. On Day 312, he made a Lil Uzi Vert figure, and @Jordan_Chalmers had to have it.
Kendall said nah, let me make you a better one. Jordan suggested Uzi’s exact fit from a viral dance vid. Kendall ran with it and leveled up.
