@neil_neilzone @SafeToNet_FDN The speed of light over optic fibre is approx 2/3c. So if the user was routing traffic via a VPN in the US, the *minimum* round trip would be approx (4x10^6 / 2x10^8) * 2 ~ 40ms. Less than that and it's highly likely they are closer (but not the obverse).
