Going far for the scoop: A team of 14 aspiring journalists from #NTUsg@wkwschool took on the GO-FAR programme, immersing themselves in a foreign country to craft compelling stories and videos for Singaporean audiences. With guidance from experienced editors, they explored Iceland, focusing on its people and key social issues.
On 20 Oct, the team launched "Breaking the Ice" — a collection of news features and photos — at the Asian Civilisations Museum, which drew an appreciative reception. Congrats as well to Wayne Lim for winning Gold at premiere college journalism award @CollegePhotog for the documentary "Fading Frequencies" he produced from the trip.
