In an interview with LindellTV’s @CaraCastronuova, Former Proud Boy's leader Enrique Tarrio accused the DOJ of continuing what he calls the “weaponization” of January 6 cases - even under President Trump’s DOJ.

@NobleOne claims a key government witness in his case admitted to perjury, arguing it should trigger a new trial or dismissal of charges.

He also raised concerns about current DOJ leadership - questioning whether officials are aware of or approving ongoing legal actions tied to past prosecutions.

Don't call it symbolic.

The Court handed down a crucial victory for Article II. For the separation of powers. For the presidency itself.

The message is clear: you cannot jail presidential advisors for following constitutional executive privilege.

Presidents must trust their advisors.

Advisors must speak candidly.

Congress cannot haul them in and strip that protection away.

The Court locked that in with this decision.
