Visited Tremont Elementary to welcome Jaclyn Prati, Principal, Emily Karst, Assistant Principal, see the kiddos, and enjoy ice cream. Saw some neighbors there as well! So excited for Upper Arlington Schools to start. Robin - you would be proud! #Trent4Kids
These students worked so hard learning school vocabulary words in English & translating them back into Arabic!! Then we posted them around the school to share our learning! @JWReasonElem@KelliSchumacher
Love the work we’re doing at my school! Black history cannot just be learned about in February. We must ensure that all children see themselves in school! ❤️

Discipline #4: ADJUST & ADAPT
Change is the bridge to your future. Resenting or resisting change will not make it go away, but will make it more difficult.
Change is uncomfortable, & that’s OK. Do not equate discomfort with stress. Embrace the discomfort & do the work.
Your first reaction is often not your best response. It is better to wait, observe, and gain better understanding.
Life is full of moments of impulse. For that reason, it is necessary to press pause and convert those impulses into moments of intention and purpose.
