The video actually appears to be made by three Scottish lads, who were demonstrating their interpretation of what is happening to the UK. They believe it supports their argument for Scottish independence.

@jonminney24 @TheRealJamieKay Yes… currently looking into that. Their accents are very… interesting. What I’ve found so far would suggest that the video is not quite what it seems.

But, I’ll refrain from further comment until I have solid proof, either way.
