@plasticboss I’m into golf, triathlon, and fitness/biohacking/supplements.
Would anything there work?
What would you recommend I study or start small with to learn the fundamentals?
According to Gallup's 2025 State of the Global Workplace report, 6 in 10 employees worldwide are quietly quitting, doing the bare minimum and coasting through their careers.
Nearly half of all workers are actively looking for a new job.
What changed? The people around him.
Dusty May built a roster that elevated everyone on it.
Cadeau did not suddenly become a superstar.
He stepped into an environment designed for winning.
This is not just a basketball lesson. This is a life lesson.
CPT. Curtis Angst from Wilmington was a graduate from the University of Cincinnati, where he earned a degree in aerospace engineering. He joined the Ohio Air National Guard in 2017 and served our country as a KC-135 pilot.
His family shared that his commitment to serving our nation was matched only by his devotion to his wife, Mary, and his passion for music and the outdoors.
We will never forget CPT. Angst’s heroism and sacrifice. My prayers remain with this family and loved ones.

The story I haven’t really told before is how I signed up for my first half Iron Man before I knew how to swim.. giving myself just 6 months to literally “sink or swim”.
I needed to be able to swim 1.2 Miles.
I got into the pool for the first workout and couldn’t make it 10 feet.
My secret wasn’t hiring a coach. I watched 1 YouTube video on technique and just went to the pool everyday for 1 hour.
I told myself I did not have to swim for one hour. I just had to be in the pool for at least one hour.
Now on top of learning how to swim I also had to buy a triathlon bike and figure out how I could get my body to go 56 miles and then to top it all off run a half marathon…
If you ask anyone, I played sports with I tended to be in last place when we did any kind of distance running conditioning…
I’m not the fastest. But I get it done.
Since the first Half Ironman in Wilmington I’ve done Half Ironman in Boulder, CO
And a FULL Ironman in Lake Placid, NY
My main takeaway from that experience is you can do anything.
And “whether you think you can or think you can’t…you’re right”
