Our service has been dropping for 5 or 10 minutes multiple times a day for weeks. Making it virtually impossible to take work calls or consume streaming media.

The next available appointment is the 20th but we have no confidence they will even turn up.
Our TV and Internet are failing now. Outages lasting from 10 minutes to 3 hours multiple times a day.
I am so angry and frustrated.

@VirginMediaIE Using https://t.co/qkpEmvYp1l the test fails 3 times out of 4 to reach a server and when it does work it gets to about 5 Mbps. The problem isn't speed it's that connections fail repeatedly. Every page load requires a few attempts.

I’m getting quite sick of @VirginMediaIE’s poor Internet. I’m in #Dublin and every attempt to open any website on any device takes at least 2 attempts. Things eventually load but it’s very poor. Is this common?
