This is interesting. I'm the General Manager, Sales Manager, and Service Manager at my family's dealership, which is ranked as one of the largest Volvo dealers in the country. We've been here since 1959. Oh, and I also race cars.

I’m the General Manager, Sales Manager, Service Manager, Marketing Manager, and IT Manager at my store, which is one of the largest Volvo dealers in the country. Most stores have 2-3 times more employees than our store and don’t sell as much.

I don’t think they don’t have great operations software, I know they don’t, because the majority of systems still used were designed in the 1990s.

There is so much time wasted in unnecessary paperwork, record keeping, and filing, mostly because of DMV and federal law.
