@SouthernRailUK I've had a Delay Repay rejected, I am told I need to contact South West. South West don't run a service to HRH. Can someone DM me to resolve this pls?
@KennyGirl83 Looks they've sorted that. I know someone else has had an evoucher for 100%. I suspect they've had a bit of grief from some of the passengers!
