I remember being so unsure of how to recall the differing age restrictions of different OTC medications. Then I thought why not switch some of the letters to ages to make things easier! Safe to say, it helped!
Instead of thinking cetirizine, my mind would recall c6tirizine! 🙏🏾

Steroids in palliative care: A thread
When we say steroids it normally refers to corticosteroids such as prednisolone and dexamethasone.
Steroids are widely used in oncology and palliative care.
