@VirginAtlantic I have checked in for my flight tomorrow, but it says Seat to be assigned at gate. Can you clarify what this means exactly & is the flight overbooked with no seats remaining? I have also not been assigned a seat on my connecting flight, when will this be sorted?

@BootsUK I placed an order on 06/09 which should have been delivered by 09/09 and has still not arrived! Royal Mail have said it is missing as of 17/09. How can I resolve this?

@O2 I have new contract with you. Sim arrived today. My number is supposed to port from my previous provider today. It says to contact o2 if it had not happened by 6pm… I have been on hold for 50 mins now. Your online virtual assistant is not helpful at all...any help?
