#Telluride leaders, residents and business owners have been quietly grumbling about Chuck Horning, the erratic owner of TelSki, for two decades. They are not being quiet any more. https://t.co/XpI1mM6myr
@ozskier "very little?" 1Q25 report says $249m-$254m for fiscal 25, which is inline with recent annual cap investment ... not the highest, but not lowest ... (maybe that will change in 2Q report next week) https://t.co/rYntOqEFmb

Locals down in Mancos seem stoked that the feds finally did something about the Free Land Holder group that claimed - and fenced - 1,400 acre of Forest Service land. Lawsuit filed yesterday. Free Land Holder reax: "We are in a good place." https://t.co/umX1eIDUEY
The backers of the proposed Uinta Basin Railway -- in a last ditch Hail Mary -- are asking the Supreme Court to scale back NEPA. The high court's ruling could impact more than a rural railroad. https://t.co/eGVUOglb1F
The testimony from the head of county clerks detailing how this lady made life miserable for public servants in charge of elections ... that was damning. But not as much as the judge's sentencing statement. https://t.co/pYW22vIRTO via @nlofholm

Colorado ski towns plan to lobby for legislation that would allow a tax on unoccupied homes + real estate transfer fee on all sales to help fund affordable housing. This will be a hot topic in communities where 40+% of homes are owned by out-of-towners https://t.co/zHwWi0HtfN
Heartbreaking scene from one of the prettiest places on the planet … “The flames reached 100m (328ft) high in some places, covering ‘an inordinate amount of space in a very little amount of time’” https://t.co/vzaTvrHX1y
