Ever since the 2006 World Cup, when Jens Lehmann pulled a notecard out of his sock, I’ve wanted to know more about what all goes into penalties. So I got the greatest keeper in USA history Tim Howard to teach me. Go USA Baby!!!
BREAKING: The Beer Aquarium has been drained!!! $100,000 is headed to @eaglesautism thanks to Jason Kelce and a whole bunch of thirsty bird fans who put away 250 GALLONS OF BEER.
Quad injury was a Grade 2 tear in the belly, which required a minimum 6 week recovery. Was difficult to move around the first week, second week only really struggled with stairs, weeks 3-6 weren’t really noticeable just moving around regularly. Then started really working out lower body again after 8 weeks to be safe. Kylie as well as everyone else felt bad for me mainly and happy that it wasn’t a severe injury.
Obviously dunking was the goal, but the thing I really enjoyed about the challenge, was the dedicated work and training to improve. I miss training and striving to be better than the week before, I miss practice, it was awesome putting this work in and going from jumping and touch 10’4” and in less than 30 days increasing that 4 and 1/2 inches and touching 10’8.5”. New Heights achieved. @jackassworld
Messi was attempting to read the keeper out in his approach, that’s why he messed with his pace and was looking at the goalie. When the keeper didn’t tip off where he was going, that threw Messi off just enough to miss. I’m not saying it was a great attempt by Messi, but the Keeper not being overly aggressive played a role in that miss.
Wow, I do hope I get to see history made at some point in this match for Messi, but you have to give Alexander Schlager the Goalkeeper for Austria a hand on that PK. Outstanding patience and composer in such a huge moment to not tip his hand.
Penultimate step, Post-Activation-Potentiation, weight training, Jordan drills. All of these things helped improve my vertical jump over 4 inches in less than 30 days in an effort to dunk the basketball for the first time in my life. Holy shit, life is exhilarating. Shoutout to @jackassworld for sponsoring this journey. Jackass Best and Last is only in theaters June 26th

One thing you don’t realize is how banked these turns are at Talladega. Video really doesn’t do it justice, feels like you are going to roll over. @jackassworld
Completely honored to have been at Cory Day’s first ever win at Talladega. If you ain’t first, you’re last!! Was an absolutely humbling experience to be with the guys and witness everything first hand.

I had a blast jumping into NASCAR with Hendrick Motorsports. Got to feel what it’s like inside, how to drive one, and experience first hand the detail and precision that happens in the pit crew. Video drops tomorrow at 9am, thank you to @jackassworld for sponsoring this one, and @TeamHendrick for allowing me into their teams and showing me everything that goes into this sport!
Only at a @JasonKelce golf outing and only in "Delco" . The welcoming party on the 10th tee . What a great day and worthy cause to support Phila youth !
